1. Agreement
By using the services of RYG Solutions LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), or by calling or texting our phone number, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Our Service
We provide AI-powered automation services including:
• Missed call detection and auto-reply via SMS
• AI conversation for lead qualification and customer support
• Appointment booking into your calendar
3. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
By calling or texting RYG Solutions LLC at 772-222-3951, you consent to receive automated and conversational text messages from us related to appointment scheduling, service information, and responses to your inquiries.
• Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
• Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
• Opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. A final confirmation message will be sent, after which no further messages will be delivered.
• Help: reply HELP for assistance, or contact [email protected].
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
• Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Mobile opt-in information and consent will never be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Subscription and Fees
• You agree to pay the monthly subscription and any setup fee
• All payments are non-refundable except as stated in our guarantee
• We offer a 14-day free pilot for new clients
5. Client Responsibilities
• Provide accurate business information and calendar access
• Maintain active phone number forwarding (if applicable)
• Obtain all legally required consents from your own customers before using our messaging services on their behalf
• Not use the service for illegal purposes, spam, or messaging that violates carrier guidelines or CTIA best practices.
6. AI LimitationsOur AI strives to respond naturally and accurately but may make mistakes. We are not responsible for booking errors caused by customer miscommunication. Information provided by the AI is for general purposes and should be confirmed with the business directly when critical.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 30 days.
8. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate service for violation of these terms, including misuse of the messaging service.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
